My answer, as you can discern from the title of this post: I really couldn’t give a fuck whether OBL was alive or dead. I was pretty damn surprised by the news, happy that it was Obama who was President when it happened and not George Bush-Shit. Other than that? I don’t know the guy. He was probably a pretty bad person. Yeah, he happened to be Muslim and was spouting off Islamic scripture in those bullshit videos of his. But really? I don’t give a fuck. In fact, I give the guy barely a moments’ thought.

It kind of annoys me that people even ask. There are plenty of fucked-up Muslims in the world, just like there are plenty of fucked up Christians, Jews, Buddhists, and Atheists.  Douchebaggery crosses all boundaries. I really don’t see what I, or any other Muslim for that matter, have to comment of OBL’s death. Do Christians have to apologize for or explain the actions of George Bush, for example? I don’t see the Baptists of the world being asked to comment on the Iraq War.

So there you have it.  OBL, goodbye and good riddance.
